Activity: Bujinkan Usagi Grímnir Training Camp, June 2008
What did we do? Four days spent in nature; training vigorously in a friendly and safe atmosphere, an environment that is both rewarding and taxing at the same time. A world outside this world; no phones, no TV, no stress. Just playful fun, arduous training under the open sky and amidst the trees...
The most useful I found: Discovering one´s limits in the bush concerning energy and time. The useful properties of plants, roots and herbs. The profound joy in human companionship and the tales at the campfire..."To be alive, one must become surrounded by living things!"
